Interm Report

So far, i haven't missed any classes, and i've always had my gym strip so i've been able to participate to my best in this class. When our class does fitness together, i always, always try my best. I really like fitness because i feel like i don't do enough of it in my daily life so i make use of the time we get in this class. The only block wide fitness we've done is the relay in the back parking lot and that was really fun. It was harder than i thought it would be, but i had more encouragement, knowing my mini team was waiting for me to pass the bean bag to them. I was really proud of the time we did the pyramid and the extended beep test. For both of them, i really pushed myself and i felt like i was gonna die (^o^) i don't think i could've done any better at that time. But i felt really good afterwards about what i had accomplished. 
I always have a positive attitude, especially for doing fitness with our class. I hope i can inspire others to try their best too. I'm not motivated by just one thing in particular, just the fact that it's healthy to exercise and i really want to be healthy. Exercise like running is just really good for anything like relieving stress, etc. i. Just. Like. Exercising. ☆*:.。. o(*^_^*)o .。.:*☆
