The hill run we did yesterday was harder than i thought it would be! I was able to run all the way up everytime and was very proud! The way back to school, I felt lightheaded because it was really bright outside ☀︎ Today my butt is VERY sore but it makes me proud of what iaccomplished yesterday :)

Fencing & Hill Run
Last week we did fencing and that was my first time experiencing fencing! Fencing was one of those sports where I've heard of it and seen it before, but never fully understood. I had no idea how it worked before but now I understand the sport and kind of know how to play it! I enjoyed it more than i thought i would! Now if i ever see it on tv, i'll be able to understand what's going on :)
Report Card Post
So far this semester, I've nevet missed a class and have always had gym strip and was prepared each day. I attended all the field trips as well. For block wide fitness, I always put in my best effort to push myself and I'm always able to feel good about what i accomplished that day.
In class, I'm respecful towards others and I try and help out with our activities (taking down badminton nets, etc.) I try and set a good example because I feel like this class is different for me this year. Last year I was in grade 10 and the majority of the class was grade 11 and 12. This year, the majority of the class is grade 10 and I'm in grade 11. So i feel like i could be a positive influence on the others, and because i took this class last year as well.
My blog posts are always thought out and they reflect how I really feel/felt about certain events.
The mark I would give myself in this class is 90%

Dance Week & P.E. Update
Dance week was really fun and i was present for the whole week. I had fun everyday with the different types of dance; from line dancing to hip hop. I especially enjoyed Friday's hip hop combination. I haven't done any dancing like hip hop for a while and I realized I actually missed dance! It was too bad I missed the jazz combo, but I had fun skating :)
This semester, I haven't missed any classes and I've always had my gym strip and was prepared for class. I'm always willing to participate and I look forward to trying new things and ways to stay active. I think I bring positivity to the class. Even if I am tired/having a bad day, I don't let it affect others and give it my best for that day. One activity I was not good at is bhangra, which we did during dance week. I tried my very best to get the moves right and learn the combo. I really like learning new things, so when tghere's something I'm not familiar with, I see it as an opportunity to expand my abilities. I will put more energy into this class, making this class better for me and my classmates.
